We got the house!!!!
The bank accepted our offer today! We couldn't be more excited! We got the call from our realtor at about 11am and by 4pm we had picked out paint colors for some of the rooms and put in our 30 day notice! Yippie! We are no longer renters!!!!! I'll post pictures when we get to go up again.

Yay!!! I'm so excited for you. We were going to look at that house, too, but when we tried to park in the driveway and scraped the bottom of our van really bad on that super steep driveway we changed out minds. It's such a cute house. Wow, you got such an awesome deal!!!! Congrats, you guys, how exciting!!!! I'd love to see the inside sometime.
Congratulations!! Nothing like owning your own home...we have yet to experience that ourselves!!! :) Is it the 2 story grayish blue one on the corner of the duplex? I can't remember exactly which house Missy's dad lives in--highschool was the last time I was at her house, and now i've forgotten which one it was!
